However, here is a screenshot of Craftychips confirming he has the pick: http://imgur.com/KFN7EtSAdditional Information: Seeing as how the user is banned, I figured even though he technically has until 11:59 pm EST it would be best suited for me, and for the staff teams investigation into this issue, to post this complaint now as he cannot return the pick nor make a payment while being banned. User missed the required payment today and cannot returned the pickaxe, therefore is breaching the contract. This also means that the additional 800k payment will be added on to the final fee. Just so that Craftychips and the entire staff team know, I will not be negotiating any part of our agreement. The way it is in the contract is the way it is going to stay. If this complaint needs to be locked because it is early, then just go ahead and lock it, you will see it again at 12:01 pm EST

Thank you for reporting. @Craftychips is not in breach of this contract as he has not failed to do the following: "If CraftyChips refuses to return the Eff7 Pickaxe OR does not make all required payments on the final due date he will be in Breach of Contract." He is, however, required to pay the extra 800k by April 24th along with giving you the eff 7 pick axe back to you upon returning to the server. Locked
So that those involved in the contract and the staff team are aware: The decision has been made that the $627,000 + the $15,000 down payment is the only thing we will be enforcing in that contract. These two things must be paid in full by April 24th, 2014. In the event they are not, you can file a new complaint.
