Accused Username: ConferateBoysComplaint: I was looking for an eRep on my diamond pickaxe. I got a teleport request and followed it. Once my item was repaired, it was returned to me with the unique ID of the individual who repaired it. I am not so much complaining in offense against this user, but rather in defense of my item.Evidence: Upload Failed!Additional Information: Felon user was very casual. I do not have any features, so it wouldn't make any sense for someone to give me their item.
@Imaginex , conferate clearly /own ed the tool after saying he would give a erep. Even if he agrees to un own it how is he not abusing his features? There is no way to accidentally own an item...
What he suggested would be acceptable, if I trusted him or if there was a way to facilitate the process and guarantee its success. What ldw116 said is correct.
@ldw116 @BigLube If /own was a feature in a donation, it might be abusing, but seeing as it's available to everyone he's not abusing a feature. If he was, say, spamming a powertool in chat, that would be the abuse of a feature. Since he's not actually using the feature to /own (as in he's not using a feature he bought), then there is no abuse. That being said, it is illegal that @ConferateBoys owned a tool that wasn't his. BigLube, I have two ideas about what can be done about this. 1. You guys could set up a time to meet when you're both online, meet somewhere, and have a mod oversee the process of the removal of the own and safe return of the pick. 2. If the first option isn't good (can't set up a meeting time) you can give the pick me, or another mod who's on, and they could oversee the save removal of the own and return it to you when you get back on. If you have any suggestions over what you'd like done, please post so. If both of you guys are fine with either ideas I've suggested, then please say so and we can work out details.
@BigLube @ConferateBoys has any progress been made on this situation? If not, is there a time that you guys could meet online?
Imagine what I meant by abusing a feature, is that he is allowed to offer his services because he has a feature. As in I can't advertise ereps because I don't have them. So in essence he was abusing the feature to scam others; therefore, abusing it.
Okay guys, I've discussed it in length with the other staff members and we've all decided that he didn't abuse a donation feature that he had in any way. Yes, I agree and acknowledge that what he did wasn't right, but this is about resolving the issue. @BigLube @ConferateBoys if you guys can't work something out by discussing it with each other or choose on of the options given to you, there will be no compromise and I'll have to arrange something myself. What times work for you guys?

As the /own has been appeared to be removed, I will be closing this complaint up. Let me begin by saying this @ConferateBoys, how did you possibly think you could /own someone's tool and get away with it? Whether this was a "technique" you had or not, when you own a tool you can request it back. Easily could have abused that. When you owned the tool, you returned it and explained that you'll do further repairs for BigLube. Never did you mention how you owned the tool, nor did you keep quiet about it at all.
