I don't see anything that could indicate hacking. It looks like he can see your particles, but that's not exactly hacking. It also looks a tad bit laggy. (from your point of view) All in all, there's not enough evidence to conclude hacking. But don't hesitate to gather more evidence, it's always nice to have more evidence to go through so it's easier to see if someone's hacking or not. Locked, denied. Evidence not conclusive.
