[User Complaint] Clusterluck69

I saw this happen and can verify that he threw it to his friend, not jacob. he also did this to my friend @ryancdelamater last night who also has screenshots, but has yet to post

 

What is his friends name? Also is there any more supporting evidence and screen shots to help the case out?

@Clusterluck69 why has jacob not received the tool he paid for. What do you have to say about all of this?

 

I through the pick at him then a random came and i believe so took it! This is all that i know of that happerend!

 

This is a blatant lie. He did the same thing to ryancdelamater last night, who also has pay screenies and no pic. I watched clusterluck throw it at his friend who i believe is @xEPICxNINJAx . He threw it no where near jacoby, he threw it directly to the other guy.

 

I would like to say that the same thing happened to me yesterday; his friend is xEPICxNINJAx and they are obviously working together.

Yesterday I bought an axe from Clusterluck69 and when we did the drop at spawn, xEPICxNINJAx was hanging around the drop trying to take the axe. I got the axe that time, but shortly after I bought a pick from him and again xEPICxNINJAx was loitering around the drop, that time xEPICxNINJAx got the pick and I was standing right in front of Clusterluck69, so he obviously threw it at his friend. xEPICxNINJAx promptly warped away as soon as he got the pick.

I /pm xEPICxNINJAx asking for the pick back but he refused to give it back saying he didn't know what I was talking about. Less than 5 mins later xEPICxNINJAx sold the same pick over the auction channel for the same price I paid Clusterluck69.

Later the same day Clusterluck69 asked me for a payment 0f 10k as he was 'due on a loan he couldn't repay' and at the time I had not realized that he knew xEPICxNINJAx so I stupidly gave him the money assuming he was a decent character and would pay me back when he could... Less than 5 mins after I paid Clusterluck69 the 10k, xEPICxNINJAx asked me for a loan using the same reason, and it was at that point I realized they were obviously working together and I had been had.

I asked Clusterluck69 today if he was going to pay me the 10k back and he refused to pay. I know I should have been more careful with lending money and also in doing the drops at spawn, but I want other people to know that these two are working a scam together. I do have various screenshots of the whole episode if necessary, though for the 10k loan we did not make a written contract which is obviously my mistake, but overall these two took me for 17k, a lesson learned I suppose...

 

@trevalynfar you now have 3 people it's happened to. Please take action?

 

Clusterluck69 has already been banned for bypassing a permaban.
As for the items, there's nothing we can do to return them. Please take care to trade safely using chests next time.
