Felon Username: Cike25Complaint: I Know this isn't against the rules as such, but I sold the user Cike25 a silktouch axe, standing in front of a pvp arena entrance, As I did not see that it was a pvp arena, I was looking around the town, and then I get killed all of a sudden by the user Cike25, I spawn and explain that I did not know it was pvp and that it wasn't marked clearly, and I just asked for my stuff back and to carry on with it and play ecc. Cike25 says no. Which I know is the rules, But I said please why not just be nice and give it back, and he said nobody is nice on this server, After that I tped back to cike25 and he gave me my kit water back some food and my shears and then ran off, He then says "I had 200k and just what happened to it, Scammers!" Which I know is annoying because it happened to me with 272k and I know a lot others. After that he goes "Oh well you'll find a way to get the money back" All I ask in this complaint is that you could ask the user to give me my stuff back to carry on ecc. Hello rhys. I'm somewhat confused, since you state multiple times in this complaint that you know that what Cike has done is not against the rules. I will not be asking Cike to return your items due to the following: Clause 3 - Player vs. Player (PvP) When you enter a PvP zone, you do so at your own risk. You can die at any point and anyone can pick up your items if you do. They are not and will never be required to give them back. Staff will not take any action or refund any items in any case of you dying in a PvP area, unless feature abuse was involved. Please see Section 8 for what can constitute as feature abuse in PvP. Staff will still not refund anything lost in these scenarios. These rules apply to Legacy/Rising PvP arenas, the Nether and the PvP World. Locked, dismissed.
