Felon Username: burtonbeast35Complaint: Myself and tm_iBeast were trying to do a job and burtonbeast35 then removed blocks from underneath us. And threatened to take our pay. I then removed some blocks i placed while doing the job as i thought since it was build. So i could remove them. The user then called a mod and asked us to leave. We left and were talking to konan to see if we could do anything about burton removing blocks from under us. ok first picture is me flying while i was working 2 and 3 are the same i will admit i shouldnt of said that but right before they restart they broke blocks and tryed to blame it on me 4 the same and 5 we removed them because they griefed and we didnt pay them because they breached the contract @dumdum71 was also there right beside me and can vouche and also @mrcooltrey was at my house right beside me so he can also voche and the whole thing about me killing them is compleate crap they were just trying to cover up what they did so they wouldnt get in troble
Burton although we dont have the exact shot of u literally breaking the block. Those were broken by you and can be investigated by staff. And i have no problem admitting to breaking blocks i placed as i couldn't find anything saying i wasnt allowed to break the blocks if i was not paid. Because that was my build. I placed the blocks. I feel as if i am able to obtain the blocks that i placed and give them back to you its not greifing. I dont work for free. Without pay you dont get the build. I asked a mod about this and they did say that it was not ok. So i admit i destroyed the blocks as it was a misunderstanding to the rules. But i also replaced the blocks. You still had no right to break blocks under us causing us to fall to our death. I worked on that pyramid hours straight and you come along bullying us telling us we wont get paid. And you were our boss. Just admit you were wrong and move on.
no i never broke under you you broke all the blocks before the restart the comes back on and trys to blame it on me then @mrcooltrey take your perms away then i fix the holes you and your little friend caused and the reason you didnt get payed because it was a breach of contract by griefing
No you broke single blocks under us. And told me to move or i wouldnt get paid as i was trying to work. I then went and read the rules to make sure that breaking blocks i placed wasnt illegal. That is the point that we broke the blocks. You killed us server all times and flew down to take our stuff.
I took full responsibility for the blocks i broke but i am also the one who placed them back a fter the restart before @mrcooltrey took my perms. A mod can also investigate this as i know the exact location

After carefully looking into and discussing the screenshots provided with other staff members, I will be dismissing the complaint regarding non-PvP area killing since there is insufficient evidence of the death and, if death did occur, players' location at the time to be certain that @burtonbeast35 killed you and @TM_iBeast in a non-PvP zone. However, considering what burtonbeast35 said via PM is not appropriate, I will be giving him a warning for harassment. If the user keeps sending messages to you and @TM_iBeast after telling him to stop, please make use of our "/ignore" command and feel free to file a new complaint in the future if the harassment continues. - Locked.
