Felon Username: builder_boy_2000Complaint: I bought a town off of builder_boy_2000 (known as slayer_boy_2000 at the time) in september and he has removed me as owner therefore breaking our contract (as attached)Evidence: his original app for the town - http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/town-mayor-application-slayer_boy_2000.107619/ the contract - http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.107618/#post-566420 the current state of ownership - Additional Information: I would just like my town back, i dont know how he removed me as he wasnt actually listed as an owner :/ Ideally I'd like his chests removed too but since he's original owner technically I cant quite remember how to go about it
thank you for reporting this @chanimeryl. @Builder_Boy_2000 why was chani removed, and will you be able to add her back to the town, as by the contract she is to be the lawful owner of this town? Builder given 24 hours to respond/add chani back as owner
I contacted @Nicit6 to claim the town back and I am sure I added the contract. I thought you were permantly inactive and that is why I re-claimed it. Im sure that is not illegal?
If that is so I am unsure as to what grounds you'd have to believe that as I neither stated that I was leaving nor was I inactive for 6 months.
Well, When you haven't been on in 1 month with no notice, one would have to assume. I found out that I could claim my towns back and I did when I you and chanidanny went offline for 1month+. I am sorry. I will add you back, when I can.
Town reclaims don't alter any contracts. It is your responsibility to ensure you don't breach any when reclaiming a town. Just wanted to throw that out there regarding town reclaims.
