Felon Username: bobman3355Complaint: We made an in-game agreement that I would give him $109500 for the CompleteControl SG kit. After I paid he said he couldn't buy it until the next day around noon. So when I told him that wasn't ok, he wouldn't give the money back. he logged off then i sent him a mail that said "I want my money back, go to station30 and right click the sign inside to return it. If you do not do this, I will file a complaint." So I get on around 4 pm and he had bought me the donation feature, when I had told him not to already like twice now. I do not want this feature, I want my money back.Evidence: The sign is still there at station 30, waiting to be clicked. that not what happened btw we had our agreement i told u i could not buy the feature for 12 hours (today at 12:30 cst) and i came on at 12:33 after my summer weighting class and instantly typed /buy and bought u the kits complete control as out agreement was it was not until after this that u checked my mail and saw that u wanted ur money back i can post the screen shot of the initial agreement if the mod who handles this would like
I have a full video of me asking for the money and you refusing to give it to me. I told you I didnt want the feature and you wouldnt give it back.
then after i convinced u it was fine u said "ok when i come on tomorrow i better have it" (i don't have screen shots of that tho) i bought it for you only 3 mins late so i followed up with every end of the deal
I am mad because he was supposed to buy it after i paid him. and he didnt. so when i told him to give the money back, he wouldnt. i told him that i will pay him before he buys it. but he wouldnt give it back. i am mad because he wouldn give my money back, even after i told him through mail i didnt want the feature
If you did nothing wrong, why did I post this complaint? oh. yeah, forgot. You did do something wrong. You wouldnt return my money. I told you I did NOT want the feature anymore, since you wouldnt buy it immediatly. But what did you do? You didnt return my money. That s what you did. You kept it and bought it anyways.
There is no issue atm, the user bought your feature and you paid him. In the future both parties follow through with your agreements as you lay them out. @bobman3355 Your fault is that you did not pay the money back, do not do that again.
