    I really fail to see how this is breaking any rules here. Harassment? Really? In the screenshot that you provided, you say "Me too <3" The fact that it seems that you pretty much took that as a joke makes this complaint seem like one as well.
    If a user says something like that and it bothers you, seriously just use the /ignore command.
