Accused Username: @bobbysix6Complaint: On April 27, 2016 I, @Probuilder300, purchased @bobbysix6 donation features before they were removed. There is a screenshot below, listing what he wanted, I purchased them for him. We set up a payment plan contract, he was to have it all paid off by June 1st, but I also gave him an additional week with a 5k/day penalty fee, that was due by June 8th. It is now June 9th, and out of all the $498,750 he owed to me (plus 35k for the late fees), he has only paid $140,000 of the debt. I told you why I haven't paid it off, i'm busy doing things in real life. Also knowing my town locations does nothing for you as i own nothing. Now if you don't want to give me time I will take the ban and appeal when i have time to play.
@bobbysix6 Would you be able to make 7 repayments of $50k a week, followed by a final payment of $43750 on the 14th of August? This is less than $10K a day and should work with your schedule. @Probuilder300 Would you accept this compromise? Left open for 24 hours for both players to reply.
No, listen, he screwed around, I watched him burn 64k in the lottery, he loaned 200k to haydensch, what HE is going and will do is take a 400k loan out to someone. I have waited long enough. It was one thing to screwed 283k, but $71.25 USD, that does it. He has 1 week to pay this off. I took out a loan, that totaled with interest, about 700k, I had 5 weeks to pay it off, yet I stuck to it and paid it. It either he does a loan and pays some of it off by June 16th or I will want him gone for good on ECC. I'm not being unreasonable if this will be the 7th week, and willing to offer a solution to this situation.
I will add that after everything was dealt with on my end, he assured me he would be making 100k/week. I want this also added to the deal, he cannot be giving loans anyone, nor can he use the lottery. *Sighs* You all may not know the value of the dollar, but I do... and @bobbysix6, just do it, I'm tired, aggravated, and stressed. Just take the loan out, pay me off, I want to be done with this, knowing that it is paid off and I can enjoy the rest of My life.
I didn't loan any money to anyone. I sold a feature to someone way before buying features from you. If your gonna say I did something make sure it is correct. No I wont take a loan out you can go ahead and ban me if that is my only option.
You told me @bobbysix6 that @haydensch owed you 200k. I even asked him, he confirmed it. Now you Will do by My request this offer, or you have 3 weeks, No Later to pay off $393,750. I would like to charge you for aggravation and stress you have caused me, but I won't. Take the loan or have 3 weeks to have it paid off as of today, or be stay banned off ECC for good. Those are Your options. You have made me so mad for screwing me over, and neglecting to pay me off, you will pay it off in MY TIME, not yours, got it? You have no say in any other choice. So get off your lazy train and get to paying off the debt you have immaturely neglected, procrastinated, inconsiderately refused to pay in a reasonable time frame.
@probuilder I told you haydensch owed me 200k. It wasnt a loan. I bought him a donation feature. Now I wont do by your offer as you are being very rude and demanding. As I have no time to play I cant pay you. When I have plenty of free time I will appeal and pay you. Unless your going to give me more then enough time when I can get on and make the money I will be taking the ban. You want to say I immaturely neglected and procrastinated? I mailed you way ahead of time and told you that I am very busy with things IRL. Its not like i completely ignored you with the intention of scamming. My actual life takes priority to videogames and if something comes up IRL It will take priority.
