Accused Username: @block_crusherComplaint: Failure to acknowledge and follow the new payment plan outlined in https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal-block_crusher.187080/Evidence: Allow me to lay out the steps block has taken with his money since getting unbanned on July 30th - and this is just what I know of: The day after getting unbanned, he sportsbooked 135k (and lost) I sent a /mail to Block on August 13th asking him to pay me the required payment due on August 14th. However, he has not responded to my mail or attempted to contact me in any way, even though he has been active. He placed a bid on a spawnshop on Main North earlier today, knowing that he has an overdue payment of 250k. I know that he has assets to liquidate, including winning a star key the other day from the Main North raffle draw. Furthermore, he still hasn't sold his towns and he has had an entire week (assuming he has paid Royal, which I doubt). And this is just the first payment deadline in a long list of payments remaining.Additional Information: Clearly, the felon is not taking his debt obligations seriously. I hope that the staff team realizes that the root issue is not a time constraint issue as block has stated. He has been given a more than generous extension with his new payment schedule, and yet still refuses to make any progress on his debt. Block has shown a complete lack of respect for the deadlines set forth by administration and by other fellow players who have decided to provide him with services and loans. I would like to see some actual accountability and responsibility taken by block for the actions he has committed this time around.
I concur and have to say he has missed $60,000. I say he needs to catch up. Now I wouldn't be overdramatic and demand a repeal on his ban appeal. I would rather staff come in to enforce it.
I’m planning to pay it back as quick as I can. Ive only gambled like 150k in total since I’ve appealed. I will try and get a loan so I can get it to you.
@block_crusher Based on what I've been seeing in the logs, there hasn't been much effort in terms of making money. You seem to be melon farming erratically for short periods every few days at most. It also appears that the two second-row spawn towns owned by you (pangea_1 and pangea_2) have not been sold and are still under your ownership, despite recieveing a public 300k offer for them and apparently a 700k offer as well. What's going on here? I don't like to say this to people, but it really does appear that there hasn't been much time/effort exerted into making these required payments. And as per proper procedure, either way, you'll need to find the money to pay 3point within 24 hours of this post.
@UnitedStates2 It has been 24 hours and @block_crusher has failed to pay me the required 250k payment.
I I've been putting in as much time into playing and melon farming as I can. However, as I have stated before I'm currently going to uni and that is my main priority and I'm also working 3 days a week. If someone reading this thread wants those towns I'd be more than happy enough to sell them for a reasonable price or to one of the users that I owe money. Also the fact that I am literally getting bullied because of this in game debt over the forums and rated countless potato ratings is really discouraging. I like this server and many people on it but I feel this is being handled very unprofessionally and I am not being given enough chance to resolve this.. How am I supposed to earn 400k/week in a few months when I am unable to even make 200k/week?? Also the only assets that I own (3 towns + 1 star key on main north) I am trying to sell...
You've been given perhaps the most lenient schedule I've ever seen in a case of yours with nearly 4 additional days to pay a (30k!) week overdue debt and still have made barely any progress towards your other overdue debt to 3point. This simply isn't an acceptable cash flow for someone who's supposed to be serving a $7 million+ debt. You say you're currently busy and that's fine, but you should appeal when you actually have time then, as opposed to trying to seek out endless extensions/rollovers on your existing debts.
