Complaint:

I have regrettably file this complaint as @block_crusher had failed to make 3 payments on his loan of $2,000,000 with a payback of $2,400,000 due 7-29-2019 and was made on July 1st, 2019. I am filing this following up a recent premature complaint filed by another user. I have been patient, lenient, and more than cooperative with @block_crusher. I was even willing to hold off on this complaint until payments were made, though it would hinder future business with him. Unfortunately, due to the recent complaint made, I had to as well at @Gernen suggestion. I do not wish to see a high-ranking sponsor be banned nor leave this community(though the majority was donated by other players on his behalf).

Clause 2 - Scamming(top)
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban.​

I am willing to negotiate the terms of our agreement. 3point and georgie0417 are not allowed to post any comments on this complaint as will it be severely taken as a potential act of flame chat, antagonizing, and harassment. This complaint is to be solely among @block_crusher, ECC Staff, and myself.​
