Accused Username: @block_crusherComplaint: Per the below linked contract, the user is in breech of contract due to being offline for 14 days. Additionally, the user has not met the contract requirements of paying weekly payments (8 weeks behind) or late payments (4 behind). While I guess a weekly payment isn't enforceable unless I spell out every detail and possible scenario in the contract (as evidenced by the dismissed complaint 2 weeks ago), this is a clear breach of contract.Evidence: Contract: http://tinyurl.com/SellEcomall Additional Information: @block_crusher has made no payments or late fees in 8 weeks, and I'd like to recover my property. 2 weeks ago I got an email from @block_crusher stating he would work on catching up from being 6 weeks late, yet no payments have been made. I'd like to get my payments/late fees to date if that's possible, but primarily, I want to remove him as an owner and clear his LWCs (that's going to take me a while....).
As the clause about activity states that if he's offline over 14 days the contract is voided, that condition is met. The contract is officially voided.
