User is 6 weeks behind on payments and late fees.Evidence: Contract: http://tinyurl.com/SellEcomall 2016-01-23_10.44.08 - initial signs on 1/23 LateFees 214 and 221 - Missed payments on 2/14 and 2/21. 20k late fee added: LateFee 228 and 306 - Missed payments on 2/28 and 3/06. Cookie not added to sign, but was added right after email sent. Mail on 3/13 that a complaint would be filed. Delayed another 2 weeks before this complaint: Mail 3_13 and 3_20 missed - Missed payments on 3/13 and 3/20. Another 20k late fee added: Additional Information: I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but after no responses to my email, and no payments made in 6 weeks, I feel I need to file this complaint against @block_crusher (I even gave 2 weeks after telling him I would be filing a complaint).
Hello @Torzon and thank you for filing this complaint. @block_crusher can you please explain why you have paid nothing for the past 6 weeks or better yet, provide evidence that you have? Left open for 24 hours
Alright so after talking to some other staff members and re-reading the contract, I have come to this conclusion: The contract (http://tinyurl.com/SellEcomall) state's that it will only be voided if 1 of 2 things happen, either @block_crusher is offline for 14 consecutive days OR if @block_crusher decides to cancel the deal. Neither of these have happened. The only thing that pertains to missed payments is that if @block_crusher misses 2 payments, then $20,000 ECD will be added (for every 2 payments missed) to the total amount. The contract states that this amount can NOT exceed $200,000 however as it stands, the late fee total is currently at $60,000 or well below 200k. The only thing that the contract states is that the total original amount (800k) is due by May 12th and the late fee's are due by June 12th so according to all this information, @block_crusher is still within his rights and technically has NOT violated any part of this contract yet. Nothing is enforceable at this moment so for that reason I will have to dismiss this complaint for the time being. @Torzon please feel free to file a new complaint if any parts of the contract which are also stated above are truly violated.
