Accused Username: @BlazeInfiniteComplaint: I was doing a job for Blazeinfinite. I made 2/4 walls for him and the tops of them and then he asked me to make the corners. I didn't understand them. After a long debate including @a_man21 we agreed to let me make that wall look similar instead of the same. I got paid 4k which is not fair. The deal was for him to pay and for the resources I used. I spent over 6k on the resources so for finally I lost money plus this took me a long time to do.Evidence: He is constantly buying lotto tickets so it is not fair I got punished.Additional Information: I have lots of photos so if need more evidence just tell me over 16.
Thank you for filing this complaint! @Twingirlaimee do you have any screenshots/proof of the deal or contract made with @BlazeInfinite? Particularly, proof that he was to pay you for the materials used for the job?
@Twingirlaimee can you provide evidence that blaze said he was to pay you a set amount or at least for the materials before the job was done? Nothing can be enforced if there is no proof of an original agreement or proof that blaze broke an agreement to pay you. @BlazeInfinite can you provide evidence of an agreement to pay twingirl and/or that you paid her accordingly? Left open for another 24 hours, awaiting evidence.
I asked him for the price I was going to get paid and he said no I am not talking to you until this wall is done. We never had a set price just him saying paying me for work then resources. @LanRooks
Seeing as though there is no evidence of a payment agreement and/or contract to hold @BlazeInfinite liable to pay @Twingirlaimee any certain amount, I will be dismissing this complaint. @Twingirlaimee I suggest for the future, when doing a job for another player, take screenshots of all conversations involving the job and any transactions too, especially when discussing the terms of a job before you do it so that you can later prove whether terms were met or not. Complaint dismissed due to lack of evidence- Locked.
