Accused Username: @BlazeInfiniteComplaint: Blaze agreed to loan me his Eff7 for 1 week in exchange for 130k. This agreement was made yesterday, Tuesday December 15th. Blaze asked me to place the Eff7 in his chest at /warp paragon whenever I was not using it so that he could use it, which I found strange (not really how a rental works...) but agreed to. I saw that he had been having money problems lately and I sympathized with him. We are now hardly a day into the contract and Blaze has taken his Eff7 back and logged off for the night despite me mailing him that I would need the Eff7 by 9:30 PM EST. I tried to do him a courtesy by allowing him usage of the pick during my rental but he has clearly breached the terms of our rental agreement. I would like either: A) 6/7 of my original $130k back (roughly $111k) as I was only given usage of the Eff7 for one day or B) full usage of the Eff7 for the rest of our contract plus the time he took it for with no more of this lending it back to him during my rental period.Evidence: I have been informed that printscreens will not work as evidence, but the only ingame screenshots I have are of the sign Blaze made showing when my rental was due and the Eff7 not being in my possession: Additional Information: Blaze was extremely paranoid about the idea of me losing his Eff7 and checked up on me every few minutes all of last night and demanded to see it this evening. He really didn't seem to want to rent it out at all, and I have no idea why he accepted my money without intending to allow me proper usage of the item. I don't like having to file a complaint over this and I would like to believe he simply forgot to replace the Eff7 before logging for the night. Either way I have paid for a service that I did not receive.
Sorry about this, right when I was about to put the pick axe back, my game crashed and minecraft won't reopen. When I am online again, you will get the pick back and extra time.
And by the way, I have people put the pick back when they log off so that if they are banned (it has happened in the past) during rental or they're going offline, I can still retrieve my pick with ease.
I will gladly give you your time back that I've taken, but you will still need to put the pick in the chest before you get off, for the reasoning I've stated above.
I was home earlier and did not see the pick in the chest although Blaze had been online. I will be gone until late tonight so I can't check at the moment.
