Accused Username: @BillyL24Complaint: Failure to pay a loan in the agreed amount of time, we agreed that I give him a 40k loan and that he pays back 60k by may 11th, I gave him 3 extra days but he has failed to pay back even than.Evidence: Additional Information: He has been offline since the 10th if that helps at all.
Hello @Cothromoir thank you for taking the time to file this complaint. I will be giving @BillyL24 24 hrs to reply to this thread providing his side of the story or evidence of payment.
@BillyL24 I will happily take this, if he fails to pay me 60k in the next two days though I will be pursuing this ban appeal. Just will we be basing the two days off may 15 when he said or may 16 when I agreed?
@Cothromoir are you giving @BillyL24 48 hours to complete the repayment of the loan? and @BillyL24 is that long enough time for you to gather the funds to complete the loan repayment?
@BillyL24 If we have not come to an agreement and I'm not paid by May 20th, I will not be giving you any more chances to make up the money and will be pursuing this complaint.
@BillyL24 Just to avoid any more problems I would like to personally be on when you make your payment so please say a time and the time zone which would work for you, thank you. A side note being is I can be on between 4-5:30 central and past 9:30 central on may 20, if such problems arise we can work something out.
@Nitic6 I have had no further communication with BillyL24, even though he hasn't agreed to the current contract, he'll have until the 20th like the contract said until I will continue this ban appeal.
@Cothromoir Is there any word to if @BillyL24 has payed back yet? If he hasn't would you like to pursue this complaint?
@zjkhan I would like to continue this complaint. @BillyL24 logged in earlier but failed to mail me or inform in the least bit any way possible saying what time he will be on to pay me in person or if he has payed off the loan on the OLD spot we agreed on.
