Felon Username: BellaDustyComplaint: I was kicked out of my overpriced plot (4k for 10x12) without a 3 day notice and without sufficient reason. BellaDusty claims the reason was the i broke the rules. However, i did not break any rules, trinityUK (i was in a plot with him) did however (he has owned up to that) BellaDusty is refusing to give me a valid reason and will not allow me to destroy the building which i built on 'my' plot and is also refusing to pay me back 2k as that is what i payed for the plot (TrinityUK paid the other 2k, he has not asked for that back as he broke the rules)Evidence: i have no physical evidence apart from the chests which were mine are still locked, however i joined the server 3 days ago (i dont know if you can check that) and i was also kicked 3 days ago) mods have been made away of this and they know that i was kicked 3 days agoAdditional Information: I was mining when TrinityUK was initially breaking the rules, i returned mid way through why may be why she believes i also broke the rules of the town.
@BellaDusty, would you care to share your side of this situation? @WALTONboy123 do you have any evidence to provide? (screenshots, etc). Thread left open for 24 hours for response.
Well he wasn't the 1 that broke the rules, TrinityUK did he built stuff on my house and broke into it, they don't deserve to have there money back, I did call a mod to figure out whats happing and they both didn't listen.
@WALTONboy123 First off, you haven't told me what town it was that you were removed from. We can't just guess. While @BellaDusty acknowledges that she removed you from her town, neither one of you has actually told me what that town is named. @ryry07 While I'm sure @WALTONboy123 appreciates the moral support, please do not post on complaint threads that do not pertain to you, unless you have actual relevant evidence to add. @BellaDusty, while the owner of a town does have the right to remove players for violations of town rules, there are rules the town owner must follow in removing a player, and it doesn't sound like you did. If you decided to remove @WALTONboy123 without following those rules, then you will need to re-add him to the town immediately, and proceed with a proper eviction. I have mailed them both I said they both have 3 days to unlock everything at that town or I will do a lwc.
Both players have been re-added. @BellaDusty, be sure to follow all the eviction rules, and you can remove anyone you want that way. Locked -- complaint dismissed.
