[User Complaint] bdav51

This is Obsured... I told you that I would try my best to have it done for you, and I did my best while I am on vacation which I told you. I stayed up late doing this, and its a very very big mountain... I understand what scamming is and I did not scam you what so ever... Honestly its not like I was even done, as I woke up this morning to work on it. It's not like I just took the money and ran, I was and still am working on his huge mountain.

@TerraLander789 Thank you for filing this complaint. The evidence you have is a bit incomplete though as its missing the time stamp. As @bdav51 has commented though and stated he took the job and that it's not done though we will proceed. Please next time remember to try to get the time stamp (double tap f2)

After looking at the job area I am requesting though a bit more clarification on what the exact area is that had to be cleared. @TerraLander789 could you please provide the coordinates of all four corners of the project? @bdav51 how long do you think you'd need to complete the job?

I also see @purplelegoender has offered to pay you 6k. If you wish to take this route please forum message him about it to sort it out in a pm.

Ok, this complaint has gone further then needed, this is nor the fault of anyone handling it, however due to the fact of the agreement and the understanding of it.

I've spoken with you @TerraLander789 in game, and you have agreed to giving @bdav51 an additional 3 days (72 hours) starting from when this complaint is locked. I will need you to confirm this in this complaint.

It's clear that from investigating into this job, that @TerraLander789 has stated that the mountain is to be removed but not the grass floor, from what's been completed, it's evident that @bdav51 has interpreted "the dirt floor" as the top of the mountain whereas @TerraLander789 meant the rest of the town (away from the mountain), where it's flat and filled with dirt.

With this said, it's clear that the job was misinterpreted by @bdav51, and I will be proposing a new job description.

@bdav51, if this proposal is accepted you will be required to clear the area within the cords of X: 6743 Y: 92 Z: 9801 to X: 6712 Y: 74 Z: 9845. (RISING - Located within the town "terrarealm789". There is a yellow box surrounding the area you have to clear within (@TerraLander789 has agreed in game to this)) within 3 days of this complaint being locked. No further payment will be made to @bdav51, as you've acknowledged that you have received the agreed payment.

It has been 24 hours without a response.

After speaking to @MadMonster_ and a few other staff members we have come to the decision that the above proposed agreement will be enforced anyways.

@bdav51 You have 3 days starting from when this is locked to finish the clearing job.
