Complaint:

I gave the user a $75,000 loan, on Sunday, July 27th. He was to payback a total of $90,000 one week later, on Sunday August 3rd. After pm'ing me stating he would not be able to pay in time, I proceeded to give him a 3-day extension for $10,000 on top of what he owed. $100,000 now due on Wednesday August 6th. If he did not pay on Wednesday, there was a $10,000/day late fee, for one week's time. It has been over a week and the user has been, and still is, banned for loan scamming. He now owes me $170,000 after he is unbanned and I would like that it be recorded on his ban reason.​

Additional Information:

In the case the $10,000 Extension can't be enforced due to lack of evidence, I would be fine with just $160,000 (The original agreed-upon late fees)​
