I bought privileges to use this user's melon sword whenever I wanted for 9 stacks of nether stars. He went through with the deal for a while, but he eventually sold the sword without my assent. I did not know what to do at that point in time, so I gave up on ECC. But now, I was hoping that I could be given some sort of consolation considering I lost 9 stacks of nstars.Evidence: See attached.Additional Information: This happened before /own was created.

@TheSavageBull I can see in your screenshots that there is something mentioned about 9 stacks of nstars, however I will need some more evidence to clarify the terms of the deal with the melon sword. Right now it looks like you paid 9 nstars for something to do with an msword, but the terms are very unclear, there was no term laid out saying how long you had rights or that he agreed that he couldn't sell the sword without your consent etc. Can you provide more evidence, as well as timestamped evidence?? Do you have a forum contract that goes with this deal? If so please link those.

Gave you a full 24 hours to provide more evidence. At this time I don't see enough evidence for me to actually prove a breach of contract, the terms for the melon sword access were very vague and there was no mention of "lifetime" perms or other such bind or how long you were to have perms for, nor any mention that you had any sort of ownership over the sword, indicating that he couldn't sell it without asking you. In the future you should use a forum contract for this sort of deal and be as precise as possible about all possible terms. If you find more evidence you may of course file another complaint.
