@Mochocrap I'm seeing here that you are asked if you are trying out a program. It mentions nothing about hacking specifically. Have you any other evidence that supports your harassment complaint?
There is not enough evidence in the screenshots provided to prove he was accusing you of anything. Asking if you were trying a new program could mean many other things, that without more detail I cannot make the assumption he was accusing you of hacking. At this time I will be locking this complaint, but if you do have more evidence to support the harassment complaint you are free to refile at that time.
