Brown nose is a term for sucking up, hence why I said that your nose was brown right after telling you to stop sucking up
Ok first off.... Telling someone you hate their guts isn't racist. And pretty sure you've trashed talked like that before, just saying.... But I understand where you're coming from and not wanting to be insulted. Oh and just because you tell someone their nose is brown isn't racist, you can easily get face paint?
It isn't "obvious" that it's about your race or anyones race in general. Kissing up > Kissing bum > brown nose if you're catching my drift. Might have been slightly far for ECC global chat. The only potential rule I see broken here is; Clause 3 - Inappropriate/Touchy Subjects and Discussions All chat must be kept appropriate and clean at all times. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including, but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence, alcohol/drugs and inappropriate or dark humor. With that being said from a friendly point of view I would suggest that you ask for this complaint to be locked because quite frankly it's an invalid one, and make up a new complaint regarding the rule I stated because quite frankly that is the rule(s) that he has broken from my point of view and clearly a few others. I would highly suggest re making that complaint however because I would like to see the user dealt with accordingly for what he has actually done, he should know much better then that. Best of luck!
