    Complaint:
    Town purchase with 0 notice, blocking access to home, refusing to allow removal of home, refusing to allow access to chests.​
    Evidence:
    Town of OofGooch (which king_of_the_dot was once a co-mayer and knows of my residency), at coords -3079 -3954 (the inside of my house)​
    Additional Information:
    I bought a plot from barely_tryx_hi a few months ago, I built a nice house, started a nice stash, etc. I then had to stop playing for a bit, so I only came on once a week to make sure I did not lose my plot due to inactivity.

    This week, when I came back, my signs on my house were gone, and I had no permissions to do anything in my plot - the town was sold without notice to me as a resident.

    I in-game mailed and forum mailed the old and new owners, and all I got was an in-game response from the new owner "I bought it" - when I logged back in and read that, my house was also 100% blocked off, my farm below my house was broken into (presumably by the new owner to make sure I could not get into my house), and I have not received any more communication.

    I can provide screenshots of all the house, given that king_of_the_dot was a co-mayor, and revanrose knows of the issues currently.    ​

    Additionally, there are spaces below my house and around my house within the original plot with chests that I have *been* blocked access to, and cannot feasibly get screenshots of.

    averagejoe2012 Please explain to me why you blocked access to two active users homes so they couldn't retrieve their items.

    averagejoe2012 Regardless of the land, the building itself may belong to Catrenia and as per server rules if the buildings materials are hers she deserves to retrieve them. So far, all I have seen is blatant disregard for our rules:

    The fact is so far you have completely blocked two active users abilities to retrieve their items and belongings. If that house belongs to her you will allow her to remove the building. You have 12 hours to comply with this and due to your blatant disregard of the server rules, she will be given 3 days to retrieve her items.

    That house belongs to me, was built by me, with 100% of my own materials. Additionally, some materials were removed by averagejoe2012 in order for him to enter my house after he purchased the land (a few blocks near the front and back of my house).

    Also, there was no warning given, no town sale notice, no notice mailed or tagged on me, and no assistance other than an "I bought the town" when I directly messaged the new mayor. 2 days is not even remotely enough time to tear down my house, my farm, and move the 15 or so chests full of materials to a new location, not even counting the time needed to FIND a new location for my house.

    This is relivant to my interests. And the same thing happened to me inside this town. Please reverse my premissions for 2 days. I will message you on here as well as the mod tending to this.

    I was smart enough to have a /home inside my house though so I already cleaned out my chests but if I am being removed from town like this I do also intend on bringing my house with me.

    My house is the one right next to Catreina's house with the stones in front of the door. And the pumpkin patch in the upstrairs.
    Cat, the origional owner of the town was in contact with me and he says he has lots of properties in several towns that won't be sold. His name is thomasku11

    I know whoracle was a town resident as I spoke with him quite a few times while we were building our houses.

    Revanrose6 - in the rules you posted, a full town eviction requires 7 days notice. Why are you only providing 3 days for him breaking the rules?

    I did not realize it was a mass town eviction. averagejoe2012 if you intend to evict the entire town you need to make a thread, tag the users you are evicting, give them their perms back, and give them 7 days to remove their items/houses/locks.

    I have not had a lot of time to do so, however I should be able to finish moving my items between what limited time I have tonight, tomorrow, and Tuesday.

    That said, I got my house torn down and all my out-of-chest items returned/taken care of.

    Jumping in with addictional information. I was called to aid Catreina as she logged on, to find that all of her chests had been obstructed on all sides with melons, her house entirely gone. I looked for any official eviction notice, and found none. Seeing no reason for her acess to be restricted, I permitted her to reach her chests and empty them. At this time, she is content that she removed all of her goods, and has removed her locks from the chests.

    I will now be leaving this open for @Revanrose6 to finish the complaint
