    Complaint:
    Aporth was loaned 180,000 ECD, interest free to pay another loan to avoid being banned. They used the money as intended, I verified with the recipient directly, but never paid me back due to being banned within days, This happened, according to Minecraft's screenshot titling, in February of 2014. I feel since this user has recently tried to appeal their ban, they should pay me back the money they borrowed from me. I am not asking for anything more than that.

    But I never received a single feature, or even a message, after that ruling.

    The money was lent, interest free, because I was trying to help them NOT get banned. I did not realize the extent of their debts, and that is my mistake. I feel I have always acted in goof faith with this user and have a private forum message conversation still open with them. Unlike the last time they appealed, they never even replied to me this time. Since they seem no longer willing to negotiate person to person, I would like staff do uphold the payback as they see fit. I have no problem with an extended payback time frame, as long reasonable progress is made during that time frame. (I.E. last time they had months to play and I never heard anything or received an ECD.) So if they successfully appeal this time, I would like the payments to be broken up weekly, again as staff sees fit, so I can have peace of mind that they intend to make things right. Obviously, this is only a request. :)
