@MinecraftParkerH Thank you for this complaint. I asked you to file a new one because the previous one you had filed I dismissed because even though the sword was lost, he paid his rental and still had to pay you for the sword, and the two months he had to pay you had not yet passed. Please remember to check up on the resolutions of complaints you file in the future, a filed complaint doesn't always have the reason you may expect.
