Accused Username: @AlphaManG420Complaint: I hired AlphaManG420 to place a 200x300 area of soul sand, and told him I would pay half upfront and half after completion. About 20 minutes later, Alpha paid me $125k (half of the upfront 250k) and said he would not be completing the job. He refuses to pay back the other $125k of the upfront payment. He completed 1.1% of the work (placed 654 blocks / 60,000 total), so I would be okay with him keeping 10k of the upfront payment, but would like the rest back.Evidence: Additional Information: I understand that it is not the "completion by date", but he stated he will not be finishing the job.
