    User @AcTiVeMonkey bought an eff10 axe from me on payment plan and went inactive due to personal issues which came up irl. He was originally supposed to pay me 1.2 mil by November 13th, however I gave him an extension to December 1st after hearing he had some problems going on in his life irl. However he went inactive again for over a month and the eff10 was wiped from his inventory :( He mailed me earlier this week telling me that he no longer had the axe.

    also if an SA is to search the item now it will show that it is no longer archived in the server; unfortunately I forgot to screenshot the mail he sent me regarding the loss of the eff10, but if he sees this post he will be able to verify that it is true :(
    Additional Information:
    I don't wish to see @AcTiVeMonkey banned, but if he is able to help repay the 1.1 mil he still owes me (I will allow any time needed), that would be great. I hate to see users banned because they had stuff come up IRL, but I also really would appreciate some compensation for the expensive tool I sold. Thank you for reading

Also @AcTiVeMonkey, can you provide any evidence of having repaid any part of this debt? Also @AcTiVeMonkey, what plans do you have in order to make the money if you have not paid?     Unfortuneately I don't believe I do. I had them on my old iMac however it fell as I was moving and the hard drive isn't working anymore.

    Unfortunately with no evidence of the original deal, there is sadly nothing we can do. If you do manage to somehow get the harddrive working, or find other proof of the agreement, please feel free to refile this complaint. For now, this will have to be dismissed.

    Locked, complaint dismissed due to lack of evidence of agreement.
