Felon Username: AceOfDiamondsComplaint: I purchased a max level silk touch pickaxe from the user @AceofDiamonds for $10000. When i made the trade he handed me a pick that was not owned by him, but by a user named @Southy then immediately logged off.Evidence: Picture of the chat agreement: Picture of the pickaxe I was given: Additional Information: I would like the user that scammed me, @AceofDiamonds to refund me my 10000 ecodollars when he comes back online. Edit: I forgot to add that I have already given the pickaxe to the moderator @ImaginexMakers to be given to the player @Southy in accordance to the rules regarding /owned items
@Southy gave me the pickaxe in exchange for plots in my town before I know it was involved in this complaint. I currently have ownership of this pickaxe. So that's where the pickaxe is, just to make everything clear. @AceofDiamonds Can you please explain how you obtained a pickaxe belonging to @Southy? Can you also please explain why you sold a pickaxe which didn't belong to you? @Southy Can you shed some light on how @AceofDiamonds come into possession of a pickaxe you owned at the time? I'm going to give @AceofDiamonds and @Southy 24 hours to respond.
@OLDFART_ After looking over the screenshots again, I'm curious why you waited almost 3 weeks to report this? EDIT: I have been informed by @314 the reason for taking so long to report this. I was not aware this was an on going complaint. In the previous complaint Dewsy did ask you to link to the previous complaint when you filed another complaint. As @AceofDiamonds hasn't answered to this complaint and there is sufficient evidence to support your complaint of tool sale scamming I'll be banning AceofDiamonds. As @AceofDiamonds is currently already banned, I have updated the ban reason to include tool sale scamming (OLDFART_). Locked - User banned.
