    Complaint:
    I purchased a max level silk touch pickaxe from the user @AceofDiamonds for $10000. When i made the trade he handed me a pick that was not owned by him, but by a user named @Southy then immediately logged off.​

    Additional Information:
    I really hope that I'd be able to get my money back, and if you see this @Southy message me and i'll get you your pickaxe.​

    Southy gave me this pick when we was quitting this server. I am sorry for any miscommunications. IF STAFF REQUIRES ME TO DO A REFUND I will do so

    Okay guys, after talking this over with the staff team, there are a few ways we can go with this situation.

    1. If @oldfart1111 is fine with the tool that was /owned by Southy, then this situation would be resolved; nothing happens.

    2. If @oldfart1111 isn't okay with the tool being /owned by Southy, and @AceofDiamonds didn't tell @oldfart1111 that the tool was owned by someone else, @AceofDiamonds would have to refund the price, and @oldfart1111 will return the tool.

    3. If @AceofDiamonds told @oldfart1111 that the tool was owned by someone else before hand, then nothing can be done.

    See if you guys can work out what you want to do, and complete the transaction and etc. as soon as possible. If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask on this thread or pm me on the forums/in-game. Also, once this is resolved, just post on this thread telling me. Please try resolving this as soon as possible :)

    @AceofDiamonds Since you didn't tell me that the pick is owned by someone else would you be willing to refund me and I return your pickaxe?

    @oldfart1111 has been banned for Use of X-Ray (We can see edited screenshots)

    With regards to this complaint, @AceofDiamonds did not inform @oldfart1111 that it was owned by another user, so there will need to a refund for this transaction. @oldfart1111 - Once you have successfully appealed you can re-file this complaint. Link this complaint for my post to prove the debt.
