Hi @LakeCreak Thanks for filing this complaint. From what I'm understanding in the screenshots, this is an extension to a pre-esiting loan contract. If possible, could you provide information on this initial contract, as for me to fully understand the context for this secondary agreement. In addition, can you provide evidence of a date for the first payment of 30k to be made (the date mentioned as "then" in the screenshots) However @Abdu11xh, I also ask if you have any evidence of payments being made, or any other relevant information on your end to assist me with this.
Here is the information of the original payment plan Also although I do not have evidence of the date of the first 30k (chat was scrolling too fast) it can be implied from the words "the next week after that" that the first payment was meant to be made a week from then

While the ammended repayment plan (screenshot shown on first post) does have a questionable payment date, I am keen to try and propose an alternative schedual (as to retrieve money) as outlined below: @Abdu11xh will pay @LakeCreak two payments of $30000, for a total of $60000, due on the following dates: - $30000 due 10/05/2020 - $30000 due 17/05/2020 Should @Abdu11xh miss a payment, @LakeCreak shall be able to file a complaint. @LakeCreak does this seem like a fair agreement that you can agree to? @Abdu11xh you have yet to make any contribution to the thread. From what I can see you've had numerous chances to try and explain yourself, or provide an alternative payment plan. As such, I will be giving you 24 hours to either: - Provide any evidence counter arguing this complaint, particularly in regards to the original loan contract you made. - Agree to the proposed payment plan outlined above. If after this 24 hour window no contact had been made, I shall be basing my decision on the original contract, and shall be issuing punishment accordingly. New payment plan proposed. Hi As @Abdu11xh has not made any attempt to agree to the proposed payment plan above, nor made any attempt to counter this complaint, I shall be honouring the original contract on 19/03/2020. As they have also been given ample opportunity to also dispute this, I shall be therefore banning @Abdu11xh for loan scamming. Should they appeal, @Abdu11xh will be required to pay off their debt to @LakeCreak Complaint closed. User @Abdu11xh banned for Loan Scamming (LakeCreak)
