Accused Username: _SmokinComplaint: I died in the mining world after leaping from a tall cliff. I then in a panic went to /ch tr asking for someone w/ tp++ so that they could TP To the place where I died. He then pm'ed me asking for the coords and the world. Thinking he had tp++, I told him. After him not requesting me to TP to him and him now being in main world from the mining world I got suspicious and asked for someone else to tp me to those coords. So someone else actually did only for me to find that my pickaxe, and shovel had been stolen.Evidence: The item is owned by me, however when I got banned a little over a week ago I deleted my entire .minecraft folder (Which had a screenshot of the pick number) as I said in my ban appeal.Additional Information: He has refused to answer me ingame (I have Pm'ed and mailed him both ingame and no response which to me screams guilty.
Hello @pierceporcher15 Than you for filing this complaint. Unfortunately I can not do much here. Once you die any item that you have on you that was put in /own by you is wiped meaning that the tool is owner less, this means any tool on the ground without an owner makes it a free for all thus allowing any user to take it. You have no evidence of a clear agreement between you and the user, you said you were in a state of panic meaning that your conversation and terms were not properly gone over due to the small amount of time before they would have been butchered. This brings me to another side note, you can't prove the user has the items, they may have been butchered in the process making them disappear. Due to all of this I will be dismissing this complaint. Locked, Complaint dismissed.
