[User Complaint] __DeathMaster__

Ok thank you for filing a complaint, but a few things

Doing you have proof that you paid, @__DeathMaster__ or proof that he stole your tools?

And what does @__DeathMaster__ have to say on this matter?

I understand, but without definitive proof of a scam, we can't assume something happened.

 

This is what happened:
I saw him wanting a repair and like all others I tpaed him to me and waited. I waited and didnt get anything so I just left. After that by like 5 mins he msgs me to say that I have stolen his tools. I ask him what tools he says I took them and just went away. This has not happened and he has defamed me and msged everyone near us that I was a scammer and I dont do anything. Then later he msged me saying I have bad rep because he told everyone I scammed him. I have a screenshot of him saying I have bad rep because he told them. Later he asked for his tools back I asked him what they were he said unb3 fort3 on a pick and a pump axe. I had a pump axe for sale at the time and I had a fort3 pick without the unb3. He asked me if I would return his items if he paid 10k and I said I would give him the tools I had just listed (the pump axe and fort3 pick) for 15k. He said I was a scammer and continued annoying me until I warned him a final warning that I would report him for defaming me and annoying me with PMs so he stopped.

 

Can you please post the full screenshot of what he said @__DeathMaster__

 

I cant find the bad rep msg screenshot but this screenshot is of his brother BradenMess shooing away people saying im a rat. I lost like 3 people wanting to buy a plot at my town.

Well do you two think you can work out something to settle this?

 

Well I havent did anything wrong so I dont know what I should do. Im not going to give out free stuff to a guy who havent shown a bit of respect.

 

Well ive done him a good thing and I didnt report him defaming me so lets leave it at that

 

Just saying you cant report someone for not likeing you

 

He defamed me and made people question my trustworthiness and thats against the rules.

 

And if you look at the second screenshot it shows that ge ays your tools

Thank you for your input but we the staff have it handled.

It's down to what @messbargerb wants now if he can prove a scam @__DeathMaster__ will be dealt with if not this complaint will no longer be needed.

He hasnt proved that I scammed and if he proves it ill give him whatever he want because he cant prove it because it didn't happen.


EDIT: also I have done many many transactions while on the server and I have never been reported as a scammer cause I aint one.

EDIT2: Why would I scam someone and risk getting banned right after I donate $115 to the server? It just doesnt make sense. This is a bad way to try to get free stuff from people and getting them banned on the way. I cant believe you are actually considering to have me "dealt with" which I assume is getting banned. If its not then please explain to me what that means

 

Please refrain from posting unless it involves evidence, i understand your not happy but it will be sorted out, if no response is made by @messbargerb before 7pm est with relevant evidence the complaint will be closed.
And currently he has no real evidence of a scam.

 

The logs are a helpful thing to prevent people from getting banned wrongly and to bring justice *Cough cough*
