My brother is currently asleep, he doesn't have evidence of him being a member, but he still has his house in the town, including all his chests/locks. Would that be sufficient evidence?

 

Unfortunately that wouldn't be considered sufficient evidence as you can still lock unlocked chests/doors in a town that you are not apart of.

 

But let's use common sense here, if it's his own house, how would he build his own house and have a plot that he doesn't have perms in? It just doesn't make sense...

Also, why would he file a complaint over something like this if it wasn't true? Common sense... ;/

 

There's always a possibility that this was a legal eviction. I remember Kieran not being on too much.

 

He would have a mail or a forum post, he had none of which.

 

i wasnt aware there had to be a email or message
kerian was offline for like 10 days and i kept getting greifed so evicted him, i didnt really know he was active

 

i got rid of a bunch of usernames in my town
i kept getting greifed,i saw he was ofline for 10 days and just started removing names

 

If you were getting griefed, you should of hired an investigator, (I'd do it for free), and then file a grief report. No need for removing people unnecessarily.

All my brother wants is to be added back to the town, he really enjoys it there. Please add him back if possible, thank you.
