I gave him multiple chances to refund my money and he didn't take advantage of any of them so i am forced to make a complaint. If possible i would just like my money refunded without the user getting banned, but if that cant be arranged i understand.

756airplane had a contract with me to buy me wolf if I payed him 75,00 ECD. I payed him and he failed to buy the feature as stated in the contract ( http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.99085/ ). I either want him banned or my ECD back. (This supports eben48's thread) I will agree to give 756airplane more time for MY contract though.
I would also like to say about this complaint is that the user 756airplane has on many occasions been banned and appealed though he not learned his lesson.
