I gave this user constant extra time, since he claimed that he didn't have time to build it. I want the money back now. It is obvious he knows what a "CHIGGA" build is, since he agreed to build it. If he did not know what it was he would not have agreed nor accepted the money. I am very disappointed that such a great Ex staff member would try to pull the wool over my eyes.
Now this user is obviously trolling, pretending that this is what the "Chigga machine" was. Why would i pay 120k for this?
Although this agreement is very vague, after speaking to both users in game and the staff team we have came to an agreement. That @3point14mp will have to pay the original 120,000 ecd agreed upon, that he was paid to build the "chigga machine". Although the "chigga machine" was not clarified, and staff can't enforce something being built like that, there has been nothing built, and from an in game conversation with @3point14mp he is aware of this. So the stance on this complaint will be neutral, and we are going to void the agreement, and make @3point14mp return the 120,000 ecd, he was paid to build. So, @3point14mp will have to pay @matrix_rep the agreed upon 120,000 ecd, by Feburary 11th, 6:00pm EST The payment will be located at warp debt, on a sign as @matrix_rep has requested.
