    Complaint: Cyber bullying/Discrimination

    Additional information: My brother has a mental condition, he doesn't deserve this. He doesn't try to be mean. When I heard about this, I was heartbroken. He recently got over his depression, which he was battling for months. I have seen his computer and I found none of what @29dude said in the complaint, the screenshots were edited so @29dude can hurt my brother more. I would like for him to be warned for his actions or even banned. Its wrong for people to pick on someone with a mental condition who just beat depression. He just wants an apology then he'll be fine.

    Right before you posted the complaint you kicked him... When he is home I need to see the PM to confirm (or deny) the theory. If he cannot I will have to decline the complaint.
