Okay so, yes 1524cacchase did rent the pickaxe to me for 1 weeks time from Friday, August 1st 2014 - Friday, August the 8th 2014 in return for 100k ECD...(I have screenshots of this agreement) The week is not up yet as it is only Wednesday. Another thing the contract you have linked says nothing about you co-owning the pickaxe, it simply states that he is allowed to store it in your vault. Now the mail screenshot was from my perspective, and the forum pm was before that fact I had logged onto ECC and had recieved the mail from chase... If Assajj can provide me with evidence that he co-owns the pick, I would be more than happy to give Assajj the pick..

Okay... But why earlier this week did you pm me and say "You are renting chase's eff7 right?" and I said yes. and yet you had no problems with it at the time.. Why all of sudden are you filing complaints?
well no.. I didn't think that you would be ignorant enough to come back a file a complaint.. Now if staff would like to check logs which im sure they won't since this is a waste of time already.. It will be clear that you said that. So, dont try and maneuver your way around this. Like I said in-game let staff do their job, and we will see what happens.
Assajj, chase said to me that he was going to tell you that he wants to cancel the contract, also, he also states that he thought the contract was suppose to be so he could store the pick in there if he so wishes, to keep it 'safe'.
Hello @Assajj_Ventress, As the contract states, 1523cacchase should have access to his Efficiency 7 pickaxe at all times. No where in the contract did you state that Chase must be using it or disallow others of using it through him. I will be leaving this thread open for 24 hours, so that you may post evidence of these agreements between yourself and 1523cacchase. @halospy + @Assajj_Ventress, please keep this thread on topic and let the staff team handle it. Starting a flame war is never the answer. Lack of evidence. Left open for 24 hours.
