I'm just saying that I think they're overpriced. if you lowered them I would most likely buy a house.
I wasn't planning to buy a house when I first was tp'd to the town but I really liked the town when I saw it. You are not just buying the house. You're paying for the great location of the town. The prices are very reasonable.
I would 100% buy one, just don't have the money (I don't want to spend any money) and I really don't need any more houses. Though, would you be willing to let me see the town and where the portal is? bc If I find a house I like (still for sale) I may just buy it (for the listed price). Also, lets say hypothetically I want to buy one,would you allow me to see the town rules 1st?
You of course have a right to voice your opinion. I have the right to disagree Considering the amount of work done on these properties, I feel the prices are perfectly acceptable. Not to mention that if he would ask 10k instead of 15k (for example) then there will always be someone who would say that is too much as well.
