Rule violated: Not giving a proper eviction noticed Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Telling people they are being evicted so they can get their stuff. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: So when I readded the people @Dewsy92 told me to, I was in Rising, not realizing it would add them because the town was in Legacy. This is all just a big misunderstanding and I would add them if I could get on.
Now normally this sort of appeal is straight forward. People in your position tend to apologise for ignoring staff and having a blatant disregard for the rules. I am going to deny this appeal. You have been uncooperative over this whole situation, and quite frankly, very rude at times. You have lied to me numerous times, told me that I don't know the case and that I shouldn't be getting involved. It is my responsibility to get involved when I need to, this being one of those cases. You have claimed numerous times to have added the players back to your town to both myself and other staff members. Yet you have not. Now you claim to have done the commands but whilst in rising. I have looked, and you haven't. At no point have you tried to re-add these players to the town. You have successfully turned what should have been a very simple thing to rectify and brush over as a misunderstanding/slip of the mind as to the rules, into something which you have shown a lack of respect for staff and an obvious disregard for the rules. For that reason, I am denying this appeal. Denied.
