Brief Description: /Setplot not working properly

Instructions: When attempting to create a plot in my town, upon successful entering of /setplot command, it just repeats itself in chat.

How many times did you recreate this?: several

Result: repeated the command in chat, without setting new plot

Expected Result: A new plot would be created

Evidence: NA but can try to get screenshots. Easy to replicate

    Cannot reproduce.
I successfully created, listed and deleted plots at spawn.

This appears to be fixed after yesterday's maintenance/restart.
