Minecraft Username: J_Boogy392 Reason: Greif in highwind (pour lava down the stairs) Counter-Reason: Because someone stole my armor and pick axe I thought he lived in highwind, I apologize for any problems I just wanted my stuff returned. Evidence: Don't Have Any - J_Boog392
Hello J_Boogy392, I am glad to see that you have decided to post a ban appeal in an attempt to get unbanned! However, I am very disappointed in your actions. With you being a resident, you should have read the rules and known that we do no tolerate griefing in protected towns. Even if you think you have a good reason to do so, or are mad at someone, griefing is never a good option. You can always talk with them, a staff member, or ignore them to get past it. Another thing is you say that someone stole your armor and that caused you to grief. If someone did steal your armor illegally, feel free to post a complaint. The staff team can look into it for you and maybe we can do something about it to help you. While you are waiting for a SuperMod+ to review your appeal, I suggest that you read the rule about Griefing in Protected Towns and just take some time to review all of the Server Rules so that nothing like this ever happens again. Left Unlocked for a SuperMod+ to Review
The reason why j_boogy is banned for Griefing in highwind was not for pouring lava down stairs in highwind, but for griefing a personal farm in highwind: Please refer to original grief report here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/grief-report.53199/#post-250316 As the comayor of highwind, I will investigate this matter further and will be posting additional grief reports for any other grief I find in highwind within the next half hour. The grief report just confirmed that it was you who did this. andrewkm and WeWinAgain will be the ones to decide if you can keep your donation feature. Grief with water/pyro or any other donation feature is NOT allowed. For now, due to the severity of what you have done, I will be giving you a 36 hour temp ban. Please reconsider your actions, re-read ECC's rules, and, hopefully, be a better member of the community when you come back.
