[Ultima]Hillside and its towns, looking for people to build

I own Hillside, bridge, jungle and desert. The other hill towns are owned by other people.
It is a town that grew as people joined and eventually they built their own towns next to mine because they liked it.
The town portal is on floor#19 and in the blue ring.

Right now I just don't have the time to do anything big myself and have no need for eco$ anymore i stopped selling plots. Was just too much work and I think my towns suffered because of it.

Because I myself am not a very good builder and now lack time to get things done I want to let people build on my land, no cost, so I can pretty up my towns and get them filled up with builds. I do not want any builder ranks, just resident+.

I have a few projects I'm working on right now, my desert base and spleef arena, rebuilding the roads in my towns, hillbridges big bridge, dragon statue and a floating island with a tower connecting it to the land. Most of these are in hillbridge and any help would be appreciated.

But I don't want it to just be my projects, I would like other people to have their own builds, even if it is just a house or a large project. I just want to know what it is going to be, where you are planning to build it and a rough idea on what it is going to look like, of course if I don't like the idea or don't think it will work i will say no, so any builds need to go thru me first.
I am in the middle of removing inactive players locks and getting rid of houses that i find ugly or not needed so room does free up.
