This is completly my fault, but i got fined 5k, and did not get my portal becuase i was a LITTLE over $100 short on my Portal App. Just had to blow off some steam, and hopefully some stupidity.
I can't stress it enough... check, double check, and triple check EVERY part of your application. I have lived by this rule since I started playing here, and I even got myself into some hot water once. Fortunately it wasn't for insufficient funds. Don't ever gamble with your apps either... post the app AFTER you have the money. Hopefully this won't happen to you again.
