    invalid notice given:

post in towns forum re mass eviction of century21:

    Section VII Clause I states:

Mayors may remove anyone from their town for any reason. However, if
they were not removed for failing to pay for their plot, or were not
banned for griefing the town, the Mayor must give them a minimum of 3
days via the /mail command to retrieve their building materials and
    items from the town

I was given no such /mail notice.

Further, the notice on the forums is also invalid as it is a 3 day
notice not the required 7 day notice. It says "you'll need to provide 7
days notice" The second additional criteria provides that the user is
given time to move their items. Both these criteria must be met not just
    one.

    Section VII Clause IV states:

Mayors have the right to remove anyone from their town at any point,
regardless of reason, without the need for a refund of the cost of the
plot, as long as the following criteria are met:

    • Sufficient warning is given ahead of time (a minimum of three days required. For evicting entire towns/mass evictions, you'll need to provide 7 days notice by means of a thread posted on the forums in the town section regarding it.)
    • The user in question is given time to move their items from the town in question
The notice by twinsfan5 also says that one is not allowed to take down the structures. This is not legal by Section VII Clause I which allows 3 days by /mail to remove building materials. 3 days by /mail that I never got.

What I want is that I receive a /mail message announcing that I am being removed from town. I want all of my property, chests, all placed blocks, not limited to but including redstone blocks, lapis blocks, obsidian blocks, moss stone blocks, furnaces, unlocked and available for me to access for the required 3 days after /mail notification. Further I want the complete E Table and book cases returned to me that was taken.

I was the one that removed the locks from the house. Doors were still under booots name along with the chests and furnaces. The thread posted did give the users three days, but when I unlocked these yesterday the 7 day warning had been met. I'm sorry for your loss, but you had exactly one week to get all of your things removed from the town and were notified properly on the forums.

    Locked No actions taken
