We have all been through it at least once: "How do i file a complaint? Where do i upload evidence?" I decide to make one big filing-a-complaint tutorial. Here it goes: Step 1. Oh my! He just cursed at me! He is advertising! How do we do it? Option 1: Press F2 on your keyboard. If it is a scam complaint, double-press F2 for timestamp. Option 2: Press the START button click run and enter "snippingtool" without the quotation marks. You can either screenshot it with a cutout method (only if cutting out the WHOLE minecraft window) or simply the whole screen. Option 3: Press Print Screen (Prt Scr). Remember print screen is pasted to your clipboard. So make only one screenie Optional: Press the START button, click run and type "mspaint". Then press Control + V. Now save the file as png or jpg. As a side note, I sugegst sticking with method 1 if you need time stamps. It is the most reliable way. Step 2. I got the screenshots what do I do now? There are many websites for image uploading, the best one is imgur.com, as it requires no registration and is easy to use. Press upload images in the top left corner. Now select the method of uploading images. If you used option 1-3 fully press Browse Your Computer. If you only pressed Print Screen press Control + V. Now start uploading. Don't close the tab with the image! [EDIT] Gernen's suggestion is screencloud for uploading screenies Step 3. Go to http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/forms/complaint-form.7/respond Now follow the format. Enter the felon's (the person that did something bad) username. Then enter a brief description of what he did wrong. Now You need evidence, right? That is what step 1 and 2 were for. Now you go to the imgur tab, copy the link or the BBCode link(not recommended if image contains offensive material). Link pasted? Good. You can leave the Additional info blank or put "N/A", unless you have something to put there. Now click the "Submit" button. You are good to go! It may take sometime for the moderators to handle, and BAM! the user is warned/banned! This was the tutorial for only a generic cursing/advertising/hackussing(accusation of hacking)/disrespect complaints. I hope this helped. Scam complaints and hack complaints soon to be added!
I suggest using screencloud. It is a program that combines the snipping tool with imgur and uploads the screen selection in a matter of seconds. It also puts the imgur link on your clipboard, which allows you to instantly file a complaint.

I believe there is a dropbox app you can download that will save your screenshot immediately if you press "prt sc" and upload to the internet upon recieval of internet, I have seen my brother using it but I have never tried it. I do the classic f2 and/or prt sc and ctrl + V to imgur
