    Minecraft Username: drunkenirishusm

Reason: used vuglar language and disrespected a staff member

Counter-Reason: Okay well Im gonna say this I'm sorry for what Ive done I already read the rules stating that you can't use cuss words and I know that for a fact. However when ever in voice its hard to restrain that since its a habbit to me. However, when there is little kids like ages between 5 to 15 I try my best to reframe from cussing in voice, but typing it in chat is like another 3 seconds of your life time wasted into word that is not required to be said. My first ban appeal is when i got agrovated because of a little troll and I wont mention his name....

    Evidence: N/A

I just want to say that more than once, I felt the need to leave the channel or Teamspeak entirely because this user couldn't stop his widespread use of casual pervasive profanity.

When requested that he stop, he would reply as above, that it was a "habit" for him and that's just how they did things in the Marines.

I'm just posting to say that this excuse of it being a habit is typical of previous behavior.

Thank your for appealing your TeamSpeak ban, drunkenirishusm. As I'm sure you already know, using vulgar language on TeamSpeak is prohibited. Now, I understand your situation when it comes to using vulgar language with being an adult and what not. Believe me, I have seen my fair share of members using some intense language on TeamSpeak and in general it mostly involves older users. That's just how it is.

Now, that being said, I highly urge you to take more caution when speaking on TeamSpeak considering the range of age in our player base. Most users are fairly young, and while some of them might hear the words themselves already, it's best to not use that language anyway.

As regarding your second half of your ban reason, I'm going to let it go off this time with a warning, but please acknowledge that our staff are just trying to do there job. Do not disrespect them in such a manner because you feel it is right to do so. They don't deserve that kind of disrespect and we don't like having to deal with users who do disrespect any members of our staff team.

I hope you can learn from this and better yourself on our TeamSpeak chat system. If this keeps up however, I'm sorry to say that there will be no choice in having to issue greater consequences.

    Unbanned & Locked.
