    Ban reason: Atempting to kill someone in the mining world
    Rule broken:
    Clause 2- Mining world
    • Using any means (including water and fire/lava) to grief any protected area in the mining world (which can include protected warps and the main Mining World spawn) is not allowed.
    • Legacy/Rising rules apply to all areas of the mining world, including trolling rules.
      • As the mining world is not PvP enabled, this 100% includes rules about attempts to kill players in this world, no matter what the reason.
    • Please keep in mind that the mining world does not allow LWC locks, and therefore anything you leave in chests in that world is free for all.
    Meaning of rules: no harming in the mining world
    Reason yor feel you should be unbanned is because...

    Honestly all you did in this appeal is say sorry about 20 times and post the rule from the wiki you broke. From past experience I would suggest redoing it before a mod gets to it :D hope to see you on the server soon!

    Thank you for appealing, @MinoThunder25. You were banned for Attempting to kill a player in a non-pvp area, and as you know this is against the rules. I will be allowing you to return to the server, however, if I see you banned again, you may not be allowed back on so easily. I suggest you read through the server rules before you return, and that you remember this ban when you think about breaking another rule.
