I was trying to buy ecodollars and it said my unused visa giftcard # was wrong so i look it over and its all right so i retype it just incase and then it says "sorry we have to decline your card for this purchase enter in the correct info..." I tried for half an hour to fix it and nothing just the same damn message... any ideas???
You have to go to http://www.vanillamastercard.com And register it, or https://www.vanillavisa.com/product.html depending on what it is.
I tried it and it says "details could not be found using the card # entered. Please re-enter correctly." Wierd...
I had the exact same proble, on your card is it a mastercard or visa? And when did you purchase it? You usually have to wait 24-hours for it to be worth value.
I myself used a 3V visa card and most country's have different kind of names and have to be activated at different websites
is it a visa or mastercard? Where did you purchase it? Did the cashier say that it may only be used after ___ hours of purchase?

Even though arb said "preapid visa giftcard" it is actually a credit card, so I would change your response a bit

Okay so i try to pay with my paypal account and this is what pops up when i try to log in So when i saw that that didnt work i tried to pay with a credit card and when i clicked review and continue it stayed on this screen and nothing happened And thats whats been happening for 8 hours now... Theres several thousand dollars availible on that card i dont think 60$ is over the limit i just checked when you posted that... Edit: the spam was just for the screenshot i used real info for when i really tried
did you enter the right information then? make sure you enter the information of the owner of the creditcard
