treefeller leafblower not working

Brief Description:
Neither treefeller or leafblower abilities are currently working

Instructions:

1. Find a tree
2. Click on the leaves with an axe enabled.
   Result: Nothing happens, leave do not get blown away.
   Expected: Leave to dissapear.

1. Right click to "ready your axe"
2. Chop the tree down.
   Results: Treefeller activated message, but tree is not chopped down.
